George Lewis Jr. is at the core of Twin Shadow. He is known to record songs in hotel rooms on his own in the middle of the night. Watching some of his live stuff he seems to be the most laid back, unexcitable person around. Regardless, the talent is there and “Castles In the Snow” is one of my new favorites. It’s so good in fact, Rolling Stone named them band of the week in October 2010.
